Chester Bennington balls out in Linkin Park‘s new video for “Good Goodbye,” featuring rapper Pusha T, grime star Stormzy and NBA legend Kareem Abdul-Jabbar.
The video game-esque clip features the LP frontman taking it to the hoop to save his life as Abdul-Jabbar serves as a sort of warlord keeping score. The group’s “Battle Symphony” recently served as the soundtrack for the NBA’s playoff highlight reel.

“In keeping with the theme of basketball, the video we shot [for ‘Good Goodbye’] features, in my opinion, the greatest player of all time s the emperor of a dunk contest to the deaths in which I have to go up against round after round of dunking on dudes to save my life,” Bennington recently told Billboard for a forthcoming episode of the Ballin’ Out podcast. “I think we’re kind of known for our more serious stuff but this is a fun distraction from being so serious all the time.”
As for collaborating with King Push (who teamed with them for the remix album Recharged in 2013) and Stormzy, Bennington adds, “Both guys are super-pro. I think they added a lot to the song and made it really fun to listen to.”
