Garbage announced a list of U.S. tour dates Monday (Apr. 23) in support of the 20th anniversary edition of their second studio album, Version 2.0.
The grunge rockers will play the entire album in full — along with a few bonus B-sides from the era — during the 17 announced dates. The anniversary tour will kick off in Seattle on Sept. 29 and end on Oct. 27 in New York City.
The reissue of Version 2.0 is set to drop on June 22. The multi-Grammy-nominated album, originally released in May 1998, included some of the band’s most recognizable tracks including “I Think I’m Paranoid” and “Push It.” It propelled the Wisconsin quartet to becoming staples in the golden era of 1990s rock.
“Version 2:0 is in my opinion the quintessential Garbage record,” the band’s frontwoman Shirley Manson said in a statement. “We are all very grateful to the millions of people who took it to their hearts at the time it was released and to those who continue to love on it still.”
The Version 2.0 reissue can be pre-ordered here, and tickets for the accompannying tour will be available Friday (Apr. 27) via Garbage’s website. Check out the full list of dates below.
