You might have read a story or two about Coldplay on Thursday (Dec. 3), since the British foursome was just confirmed to perform at the Super Bowl halftime show for the very first time.
Coldplay Debuts 3 New Songs, Pays Tribute to Paris at Rescheduled Tidal Live Stream
If you’d like a preview of what that halftime show might be like — you know, on a much smaller screen and a much smaller stage — you can watch the band’s iHeartRadio album-release party for A Head Full of Dreams below, starting at 8 p.m. ET.
What new songs can fans expect during the iHeartRadio stream? (We know now — see the set list below!) So far, we’ve heard first single “Adventure of a Lifetime” and the ballad “Everglow” from Dreams, which comes out Friday. Coldplay previewed three new tracks from the album — “Amazing Day,” “Up&Up” and the title track — at a Tidal live-stream show last month (that show was originally set to take place the day of the Paris attacks but was rescheduled).
The album — which is said to be the group’s final project — won’t stream on Spotify when it’s released.
Set List
1. “A Head Full of Dreams”
2. “A Sky Full of Stars”
3. “Everglow (Album Version)”
4. “Viva la Vida”
5. “Adventure of a Lifetime”
