The track was released Wednesday (June 8) with an accompanying lyric video. It starts out with a pretty great line, “Dear head, shut up. I can’t listen no more,” before singer and bassist Mark Hoppus pleads for some peace from himself and the thoughts that occupy his mind.

In the song, Hoppus likens his current state of being to a haunted house and promises, “I won’t fall down that fucking rabbit hole.”
