On Tuesday (July 25), Jack Antonoff’s bombastic alt-pop troupe announced a bunch of new North American shows in support of its now roughly two-month-old sophomore album Gone Now.
Bleachers will follow up a handful of previously announced late summer shows with a string of new dates, beginning Sept. 8 in Lewiston, N.Y. It wraps up Nov. 20 with a hometown show for Antonoff and company at New York City’s Terminal 5. The trek includes the third annual running of Antonoff’s own Asbury Park, N.J., Shadow of the City Festival, which features the genre-hopping lineup of R&B hitmaker/ noted American Teen Khalid, alongside Jersey punks like Titus Andronicus and Gaslight Anthem frontman Brian Fallon. Last year’s was pretty awesome.
The openers on the Bleachers tour are Tove Styrke and Bishop Briggs, each on select dates. Find the full batch of new shows in Bleachers’ tweet below.
Their single “Don’t Take the Money” currently sits at No. 3 on Billboard’s Alternative Songs chart.
