Beck — known to some as that guy who won a Grammy and annoyed Kanye and then to many others as a shape-shifting alternative music superstar — is back with a new song. It’s only the second he’s shared since winning the 2015 album of the year Grammy, and appropriately, he’s making a big to-do about it. From what we’ve heard so far, it sounds pretty damn amazing.
It’s called “Wow” and it’s due Thursday at noon ET, though he’s using Instagram right now to tease it in bits and pieces. The follow-up to last year’s “Dreams” sounds like a potpourri of zany stylings that just might work together: trap beat, electro-pan flute, and the return of Beck Bars.
