Hard rock group Beartooth have made their homecoming show in Columbus, Ohio, one to remember with the deluxe edition release of their 2016 album Aggressive. The package, available now via Red Bull Records, features a full 14-song set from the recent show, along with six bonus tracks and exclusive behind the scenes documentary footage.
“Headlining this venue in our hometown was a milestone achievement and a dream come true for all of us,” the band tells Billboard.
Included in the release is one of the show’s highlights, “Sick of Me,” a staple from their 2016 sophomore record Aggressive. The video, directed by Dusty Kraatz and edited by Kevin Slack, captures the heat of a live Beartooth show.
The track is the perfect preview for the band’s powerhouse performance with frontman Caleb Shomo showcasing his seasoned stage presence as bandmates Taylor Lumley, Kamron Bradbury, and Oshie Bichar tear into the song’s dense production. The live experience flips the “sick of you, sick of me” chorus on its head as the crowd shows they can’t get enough.
“It was also our first time playing ‘Sick of Me’ in Columbus,” the band adds. “We love having our friends and family watching us play new songs for the first time. This show ripped!”
