While it’s unknown if Joe Perry will join his Hollywood Vampires mates on stage during a show in Kettering, Ohio, on Tuesday night following a health scare on Sunday at Coney Island Amphitheater in Brooklyn, Perry’s Aerosmith bandmate Tom Hamilton says his old friend is doing okay. After Perry staggered off the stage at Sunday’s show, no information has been revealed about what is ailing the 65-year-old guitarist.

A spokesperson for the Vampires has not provided an update on Perry’s condition, though NBC reported that the guitarist remained in stable condition in a New York hospital on Monday. In his absence, the Vampires canceled a planned appearance on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert on Monday night, even as singer Alice Cooper confirmed that Tuesday night’s (July 12) show would go on as planned.
