Today (Oct. 15), the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame announced the 16 nominees for the Rock Hall Class of 2020, and Billboard wants to know who you think should be inducted.
Nine artists received nominations for the first time in their careers: Pat Benatar, Dave Matthews Band, The Doobie Brothers, Motörhead, The Notorious B.I.G., Soundgarden, T. Rex, Thin Lizzy and Whitney Houston.
Depeche Mode, Kraftwerk, MC5, Nine Inch Nails and Rufus featuring Chaka Khan have been nominated up to five times before. Judas Priest was recently nominated for the Class of 2018, whereas Todd Rundgren was nearly tapped for the Class of 2019.
The 35th induction ceremony will take place May 2, 2020 in the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame’s hometown of Cleveland, Ohio.
