YG has had enough of the disrespect. He decided to repost a rant from 6ix9ine about him to his Instagram Wednesday night, writing: “CANT WAIT TILL WE MEET @6ix9ine.”
It all started when on the heels of the release of his Stay Dangerous album, YG stopped by The Breakfast Club on Wednesday (Aug. 8) to promote his project and discuss a multitude of topics. Around the 27-minute mark, Charlamagne Tha God brought up how the West Coast spitter addressed his feud with 6ix9ine on “Suu Whoop.” The 28-year-old begrudgingly detailed why his “Fuck 6ix9ine” videos from March felt necessary.
“I ain’t come to the The Breakfast Club to talk about this n—a. It is in ‘Su Whoop’ and yeah, that’s how I feel — so what? The little n—a was playing with too much of the real shit and I had to say something,” YG explained. “It is what it is. n—s know what’s up, but I don’t like all that shit,” he said regarding 6ix9ine’s trolling antics online.
Once 6ix9ine got wind of YG’s words, he quickly responded via his Instagram on Wednesday afternoon. “YG, suck my fuckin’ dick, stupid. Your last single before your album came out had four major artists on there. You had 2 Chainz, you had Nicki Minaj and you had Big Sean. How’s my record doing better than your shit? You a whole bum out here,” Tekashi boldly stated. “Stop going on radio stations tryna promote your album mentioning my name.”
Nicki Minaj then hopped into the comments section of DJ Akademiks’ post of a clip from The Breakfast Club, in an attempt to mediate the ongoing feud as a friend of both parties involved. “I told you to chill Daniel,” she wrote, addressing 6ix9ine. “You know ‘Big Bank’ went gold before ‘Fefe’ right babe? Stop trolling.” She later added, “@6ix9ine both songs are [flame emoji].”
