
Since his new mixtape, Red Friday, leaked Thursday (Nov. 24) — the day before its scheduled release date — YG has been bashing Def Jam on Twitter, blaming his label for the leak.
The eight-track effort, officially released Friday (Nov. 25), features guest spots from 21 Savage, RJ and Mitch.
The Compton rapper is selling just 1,400 physical copies on CD, with a $100 price tag. It is also available digitally.
On Friday in Oakland, YG met fans and signed CDs during an in-store event. His Friday night show in the city and another on Monday sold out, prompting him to tweet: “Next time I’m doing a arena.”
