Wiz Khalifa toasts to his accomplishments on the motivational number “Elevated” off his previously released project Khalifa. The visual for the piano-heavy anthem shows the Pittsburgh MC in his natural habitat: smoking weed beside a pretty lady in his hotel room then later, sharing a lobster pasta meal with his boys.
“It was about showing a little bit of my skills, that I’m in a class by myself,” he tells Vogue, which premiered the video (April 13). “It was my look times whatever situation we were in. So you have me going to dinner; you have me in my car; you have me chilling. We just wanted to bring that out but still look comfortable, so it doesn’t look like I’m doing too much.”

The one Kanye West once hashtagged about (See: #wizwearscoolpants) also offers his style notes. “I’ve got a pair of Saint Laurent jeans that I wear in the video and I have another pair that I made myself. Well, they’re custom, so they’re tailored.”
The weed proponent even talks out loud about opening a dispensary some day. “Yeah, we definitely were smoking the KK in the video,” he said. “[Opening up my own dispensary] is definitely one of my goals, and after awhile, I’ll own my own. As the crop grows, we’re really building from the ground up.”
