Travis Scott made his third appearance on The Ellen Degeneres Show Monday (Nov. 12), but it was actually only his first time sitting across from her for a featured interview. After blessing Ellen with a pair of his exclusive Nike Air Force 1s, La Flame reflected on becoming a father for the first time and even shed light on possible plans for his next album.
The 26-year-old admitted he was anxious about going through his first delivery room process, but Kris Jenner being a motherhood veteran helped calm his nerves, as she played an integral in delivering Stormi back in February.
“Going into it I was, like, nervous and scared. You know, we were just both, like, young. But when you first have a baby in your arms, it’s just, like, it’s uncontrollable,” he explained. “It’s like this whole, like, warp that takes over your whole body. I never thought I could just, like, love something so hard, you know? It’s crazy.”
Scott also touched on his love for plays and how he wants to pen a Broadway show as a visual depiction to his Astroworld follow-up. “I love Broadway. It’s super dope,” he admitted. “I was thinking my next album, I’ll do a play for a week somewhere. I’ll just do a play and design a whole play around my album.”
