Tom Hardy is known for his roles in major films such as Mad Max: Fury Road and The Dark Knight Rises—and now, his long lost rap career.
Back in 2011, he told BBC that he had a recording deal as a rapper when he was a teenager. Nothing was ever released and his life path soon turned to acting. Just when his music seemed to be gone forever, a full mixtape emerged on Bandcamp on January 8 by Edward Tracy, who produced the songs under the pseudonym “Eddie Too Tall.”
The description mentions that the mixtape was “Made in a bedroom” in 1999, and the tracks “were never really finished.” The lyrics were all written by Hardy himself, who took on the stage name of Tommy No. 1.
