
The Weeknd and Alicia Keys have been added to the lineup for the BET Awards show Sunday.
Janelle Monae, Robin Thicke, Kelly Rowland And More Join BET Awards Lineup
They join previously announced performers, ET reports, Chris Brown, Kendrick Lamar, Nicki Minaj, Meek Mill, Big Sean, Robin Thicke and Janelle Monáe. As well, Janet Jackson will received the first-ever Ultimate Icon: Music Dance Visual award, with a dance tribute Ciara, Jason Derulo, and Tinashe.
The Weeknd is nominated for three awards at this year’s ceremony, including Best Male R&B/Pop Artist, the Centric Award and the Coca-Cola Viewers’ Choice Award for “Earned It” off the Fifty Shades of Grey soundtrack.

Keys’ appearance will mark her first performance since giving birth to her son Genesis in December. She’s been working on her Girl on Fire followup with husband Swizz Beatz and Pharrell, maybe we’ll get a taste of new material.
