ScHoolboy Q, in his comfy Footaction sweats, stops by Billboard’s NYC office to guest on this week’s episode of The Juice Podcast.
Joined by co-hosts ItsTheReal‘s Eric Rosenthal and Jeff Rosenthal, the four of us joke and talk about a range of topics: Hot 97’s Peter Rosenberg’s annual Peterpalooza, Mac Miller, touring, his fourth album (which he has started recording), Top Dawg Entertainment’s crazy antics and more.
The success of Tinashe‘s “2 On,” which features ScHoolboy Q, has him feeling like an R&B artist. Which is perfect, considering he’s about to hit the road in September with The Weeknd and Jhené Aiko on the King of the Fall tour–and already tends to take his shirt off during shows.
Q also shares about life on the road, from crazy fans to what he does when bucket hats and panties–apparently more of the former–are thrown on stage. He also assured us that, while he can’t really talk about it, he’s “straight” after an alleged shooting outside Red Rocks amphitheater.
