Triune and E.Q have enjoyed divergent career paths in music as solo acts. Together, the duo has taken their artistry to new heights behind Tri’s brash lyricism and E.Q’s sharp vocals. The pair teamed up to form The Combine, which culminated in the group’s self-titled album back in 2016.
To kick off the new year, the Los Angeles-based pair returns to let you know they plan to be around for a long time through the newly premiered “Forever” music video. The Jason Ryan-directed visual tours around their city, as The Combine both exchange raw verses in front of the iconic Staples Center. “If you haven’t heard The Combine, you’re welcome,” the California natives told Billboard. “This group will last Forever.”
The KRS-One collaborator concludes the Stash Konig remix, rapping, “In due time get that full ride and make the next level my new high/ Any endeavor show me the best and I’m better/ Never say never, I’m going to do this shit forever.”The Combine is available for purchase on iTunes.
