Fresh off releasing his electric collaboration “Feel It Too” featuring Toronto’s own Jessie Reyez and Tory Lanez, Latin mega-producer Tainy returns to unveil the song’s video Thursday (Sept. 12), exclusively with Billboard.
The seductive bop finds the triad of stars hanging out in front of several old-school convertibles. Up at bat first is Reyez, who is seeking instant gratification from her beau after falling head over heels. Mesmerized by the after-effects of their interactions, Reyez sings: “Everybody knows you don’t/ Fall in love in the club, fall in love in the mud/ Everybody knows it but/ You’re not like everyone, you’re not like everyone.”
Along with the old-school cars is an old-fashioned TV and vinyl records scattered throughout the floor, adding to the vintage look of the video. Shortly after, Lanez pulls up and punches in an equally potent verse alongside Reyez. “You got all your favorite fragrance on/ I’m just thinking of ways to take it all off,” he quips.
“I think we transmitted the feeling of the song,” Tainy tells Billboard. The track is literally a vibe, and I think we got it — having that vintage feel with a modern take.” Adds Reyez: “Wanna do drugs without doing drugs? Watch this!”
For Tainy, the success keeps mounting for him this year, as he’s already notched several scorchers in “Callaita” with Bad Bunny and “Adicto” alongside Ozuna and Anuel AA.
