T-Pain kept fans waiting nearly 10 years for his collaborative mixtape with Lil Wayne, T-Wayne, to be liberated, but the wait won’t be as long for Pain’s upcoming album OBLiViON, which is set for release in November.
OBLiViON will be released on Nov. 17, nearly six years after Pain’s last album Revolver was released. The “Goal Line” singer announced his album release date in an Instagram post, where he shared a story of his recent encounter with a stranger who witnessed the Tallahassee native going “pretty hard” to the music off his upcoming album throughout their flight.
Aside from the previously released Blac Youngsta-assisted “Goal Line,” Pain hasn’t shared the tracklist or revealed what guests would join him on his forthcoming project. The singer is currently on his 6-date acoustic tour and will hit Chicago, IL on Oct. 15, before wrapping up the jaunt at the end of October.
