
Snoop Dogg will soon be getting another honor to his name, this time in the form of enshrinement in the WWE Hall of Fame.
Snoop Dogg Narrates Snake vs. Squirrel Fight in New ‘Planet Snoop’ Series
Alongside wrestling icons Sting, the Godfather, the Fabulous Freebirds, Big Boss Man, Jacqueline and Stan Hansen, the Doggfather will receive his honor specifically for the Hall’s celebrity wing. Snoop joins the likes of Pete Rose, Mike Tyson, Arnold Schwarzenegger and Donald Trump with his induction, but is the first musician to make it in.

The rapper’s merits are many, Rolling Stone reports, he served as the master of ceremonies for a “Lumberjill” match during WrestleMania XXIV, he guest hosted Raw in 2009 and teamed up with Hulk Hogan during last year’s WrestleMania.

Snoop’s cousin, Sasha Banks, is also competing for the Divas Championship at WrestleMania and he has been teased he may perform while she makes her way to the ring.
The 2016 WWE Hall of Fame Ceremony will take place April 2 — the night before WrestleMania 32 — at the American Airlines Center in Dallas. It will air live on the WWE Network at 8 p.m. EST.
