Although we’re still waiting on a full-length project, Ski Mask the Slump God dropped off a song to hold us over in the meantime. “DOIHAVETHESAUSE?” is the latest release of his fast-paced, unique flow over an easygoing beat.
The song features a lot of name and brand dropping, including Erykah Badu, John Cena, Michael Myers, Hennessey, Air Force 1 and more. The Florida rapper also references the recent controversial H&M ad: “My name is Ski, and I’m higher than cow that jumped over the moon,” he raps. “Might be the coolest monkey in the jungle, but I’m not baboon.”
The track does not appear in the track list released in December for his upcoming Beware of the Book of Eli project. The project will feature Rich the Kid, Lil Yachty, Offset and Ronny J. There’s also a special sample of the theme song from the ’90s show Boy Meets World, with legendary spitter Busta Rhymes.
His “Catch Me Outside” single was co-signed by rap goddess Missy Elliott, being that it sampled her classic Timbaland-produced track “She’s a Bitch.”
