Apparently Sam Smith‘s memory is nowhere near as effective as his voice.
After wrapping his Tuesday night concert in Nashville, the U.K. soul singer tweeted he wouldn’t be able to hang out with fans post-show because he was feeling sick.

Fair enough. Did he even need an excuse? Are most pop stars hanging out with random fans after concerts anyway? Regardless, it was thoughtful of him to explain his absence from Nashville’s late-night scene.
