RJMrLA enjoys the finer things in life. After unleashing his On God debut album earlier in August, the independent artist returns on Tuesday (Aug. 27) with a luxe visual to bring his “Time” collaboration with Young Thug alive.
RJ wakes up, throws on his Versace robe and slippers, then proceeds to head downstairs toward the kitchen of his Hollywood mansion to find an assembly line of women counting up his cash and weighing out product for the day. Thugger pops on the screen in a pair of pink track pants, before heading outside to flex in front of a fleet of exotic cars. Even though the YSL honcho may have 20 watches, he still doesn’t have any time to waste.
“Thug and I are real tight. He respects the movement and I respect his,” the O.M.M.I.O rapper tells Billboard. “He’s family oriented like me, so it was only right to bring this record together. With both of us not having time for our loved ones like we want, we can relate on that. The video is relevant and real, [we] but kept it exciting with the mansion and baddies bagging the work.”
