The Dream Team is back!
J. Cole and his Dreamville squad returned overnight with Revenge of the Dreamers III, featuring a staggering cast of hip-hip-hop stars and the previously-released tracks “Costa Rica” and “Lambo Truck.”
Twitter woke right up. Throughout Friday morning, the album trended as fans dived in and shared their first thoughts on #ROTD3. For some, this ensemble cast reminded them of a certain, golden basketball squad from 1992.
Whatever J. Cole touches seems to turn to gold. He’s got five No. 1 albums to his name, including his most recent, KOD, which led the Billboard 200 in June 2018.
