Sometimes all you need to get your mind off the stressors of life is a carefree night out with good people; Carolina rapper Rapsody’s latest video for for the groovy, bass-driven single “Sassy” is just that. The fun, mellow video dropped earlier this week and included a surprise cameo southern lyricist Big K.R.I.T.
The Chad Tennies and Mac Grant-directed clip sees Rapsody cheering up a friend by taking her out on a blissful night out with friends. Her crew packs up in a drop-top convertible, hit up a party, catch a vibe to the tunes, and cap it off at an old-school diner. The Grammy-nominated single is a G-funk tinged track, with crisp percussion and a soothing bass line produced by Eric-G.
