Chance the Rapper held a free concert Saturday night (Aug. 12) after the Bud Billiken Parade in Chicago — and got a special thank you message from the former president.
Future and Jeremih made surprise appearances, but the biggest surprise appearance of the evening was Barack Obama, who recorded a special video message congratulating Chance on serving as the grand marshal of the parade, Pitchfork reports.
