Nicki Minaj‘s Queen standout “Good Form” is getting the remix treatment through a Young Money reunion. On Tuesday (Nov. 20), Minaj announced plans to team up with Lil Wayne for the Mike WiLL Made-It-produced “Good Form” remix, which is set to be released on Nov. 27.
Fans got their first taste of “Good Form” when they heard a brief instrumental in a Mercedes-Benz commercial starring Nicki. “I freestyled the entire ‘Good Form.’ First time, one take. My reference track. Every cadence, every flow, was all my mumbles. But I went back and wrote raps to my mumble flow. My fans heard a little snippet of that in my Benz commercial,” the Queens-bred rapper explained to Zane Lowe on Beats 1.
Mike WiLL, who co-produced the track alongside Atlanta’s Plu$$, teased the remix via Instagram on Tuesday, calling the anticipated track a “banger.” Weezy also already notched a separate Queen appearance on the raunchy “Rich Sex,” and that dropped as a single back in June.
Outside of her upcoming remix, Minaj is slated to appear with Kanye West on 6ix9ine’s Dummy Boy for a song titled “Mama.” However, following 6ix9ine’s arrest on Sunday, there has been no update on the status of the possibly jeopardized project.
