Nicki Minaj just dropped two new singles — “Chun-Li” and “Barbie Tingz” — and now, the rapper has released an accompanying vertical video for “Barbie Tingz” via the RapCaviar playlist on Spotify.
The video features Minaj in a variety of intimate settings, including backstage, jet-setting around and in the recording studio. It has a homespun, Instagram Stories feel, whether in the more casual settings or the behind-the-scenes hair and makeup footage as Minaj prepares for a concert. Throughout the fiery, demonstrative track, she addresses her Barbz as a sort of omniscient being, no matter where she may roam. It all adds up to a sort of “fly on the wall” view into the rapper’s daily life.
The “Barbie Tingz” video is viewable exclusively through RapCaviar for Spotify users in the U.S., UK, Sweden and Latin America. Click through to watch the video on the Spotify app.
