Netflix is gearing up to release its newest original film, Bright, starring Will Smith and Joel Edgerton this December and if the plot isn’t enough to reel viewers in, the soundtrack will surely do the trick.
On Wednesday (Nov. 8), Netflix unveiled the soundtrack for Bright, a 13-track effort chock full of features across all genres as well as a few unlikely genre-crossing collaborations. Future, Ty Dolla $ign, Meek Mill, Snoop Dogg and YG appear on the soundtrack. A$AP Rocky teams up with Prophets of Rage’s Tom Morello for “FTW (F**k The World) while DRAM connects with Neil Young on a song titled “Campfire.” Lil Uzi Vert, Steve Aoki, Migos, Logic and more also make appearances on the soundtrack.
The action movie will center on the lives of Smith and Edgerton’s characters, who are police officers — Smith plays as a human and Edgerton plays an Orc — heading on a routine mission that goes awry.
