Even though he remains on house arrest, YoungBoy Never Broke Again is still managing to release music through his restrictive circumstances. Earlier this week, YoungBoy uploaded a new video to his YouTube page titled “House Arrest Tingz,” which has racked up more than four million views in less than two days.
The Baton Rouge native improvises for fun with his friends and family by having a blowup waterslide in his backyard in the clip. He’s also shown meeting with his parole officer and being a father to his kids. “If I die right now, just check the stats and see how I did/ I’m a real street n—a, yeah,” he raps on the track.
“House Arrest Tingz” follows “Self Control” as the next single from YoungBoy. The embattled rapper, born Kentrell Gaulden, was released from jail and placed on house arrest in August after being found in violation of his probation stemming from a 2016 shooting. He is also facing legal issues in other states.
