Mary J. Blige doesn’t need to wait for a DJ to remix her latest song; the R&B singer went ahead and remixed it from the start. “Nobody But You” features the yearning, soulful lyrics we’re used to from Blige, but this time it comes with a pulsing dance beat.
The song is from Blige’s upcoming The London Sessions album, due Nov. 24, and it follows in the footsteps of previous release “Right Now,” which also boasts an EDM beat. Another song, “Therapy,” co-written by Sam Smith, is more straight-up R&B. Smith provides backing vocals on “Nobody But You.”
