Macklemore, whose real name is Ben Haggerty, first shared news of his then-fiancee (now wife) Tricia Davis’ pregnancy in a touching video of the couple discovering the news at an ultrasound in January. Baby Sloane was born in late May and the two lovebirds wed in June.
