Logic has been killing it, both personally and on the music front. With his third studio album, Everybody, dropping this Friday, the self-proclaimed “Rap Larry David” found time to also celebrate his wife Jessica’s birthday in a major way.
The “Flexicution” MC started the morning off by surprising his wife on Monday with a live orchestra right outside their balcony that led to the couple’s bedroom. An ensemble of strings, horns, flutes and percussion played a softer melody of the famous theme song from the HBO series Curb Your Enthusiasm to wake up the birthday girl.
Both fans of Larry David and the show, Jessica was delighted when she woke up to the quirky sounds of the sitcom. The surprise on her face says it all when the moment was captured on video.
Hours later, Logic announced that he will be releasing a documentary for Everybody. The film will reportedly center on a sci-fi and religious theme, according to XXL.
The movie, directed by Justin Fleischer and Mike Holland, will be available for screening with the purchase of the deluxe copy of the record, which features contributions from Killer Mike and producer No. I.D.
Previous releases from Everybody include “Black Spiderman,” “1-800-273-8255” (featuring Alessia Cara and Khalid) and the title track.
