2016 has been a roller coaster of a year for Lil Yachty. Despite being criticized by industry veterans like Pete Rock and Hot 97’s Ebro for his outspoken views on hip-hop, the Georgia MC has managed to earn himself a Grammy nomination for his contributions to D.R.A.M.’s “Broccoli” and was featured in a Sprite commercial with LeBron James. Now, the “Minnesota” star has teamed up with A$AP Ferg for their new cut “Terminator.”
On the Arnold Schwarzenegger-themed record, Yachty turns the dial on his lyrical abilities. “Damn, I might just f–k on my Uber driver/Deep in that b—h like a scuba diver/Hit buddy boy with the neutralizer/Terminate, terminate, Schwarzenegger,” raps Yachty.
Ferg matches Lil Boat’s intensity with zingers of his own: “I’m Fergenstein, I’m the Ferginator/I f–k the p—y, you masturbator/Diamonds is cut like a gladiator/Terminate, terminate, terminate.”
