
Following Lil Wayne and 2 Chainz‘ joint show last week, Tunechi and Tity Boi stopped by DJ Drama’s Shade 45 radio show to discuss their Collegrove collaboration album, hip-hop influences and forthcoming projects.

During the nearly 40-minute sit-down, Dram, who has teamed with Weezy for previous Dedication mixtapes, teased that they “got another one coming.” Wayne added, “I’ve also been working on some crazy shit for a mixtape, we just didn’t have a good name for it yet but it might as well just be a Dedication [project].”
Last November, Lil Wayne released his No Ceilings 2 mixtape, which included his own takes on Future’s “Where Ya At” and Drake’s “Hotline Bling.” It also included features Future himself, Mannie Fresh, Yo Gotti and Curren$y. He also delivered his Free Weezy Album project last July as a Tidal exclusive, which followed up January’s release of Wayne’s Sorry 4 The Wait mixtape.

The New Orleans MC also discussed sports and how he would’ve handled Los Angeles Laker D’Angelo Russell’s situation with Nick Young as well as wanting the mixtapes he puts forth to be classics. Chainz also spoke on his basketball fandom and how it was “a dream come true” to team with Wayne on Collegrove.
