Lil Wayne’s legal team has sent a cease-and-desist letter to a blog that has been posting clips of a sex tape that allegedly features the rapper, according to TMZ.

Hollywood Street King has been told to remove the video within five days, the report says. Although the cease-and-desist does not say anything about an actual “sex tape,” the footage posted to the website supposedly shows Lil Wayne having sex with two girls.

“We hereby demand that you immediately cease the use, exploitation and/or distribution of the video and that you deliver all copies, including electronic copies, of same to us or destroy such copies immediately and that you desist from this or any other infringement of Mr. Carter’s rights in the future,” reads the letter, which was obtained by TMZ.
A rep reportedly tells TMZ that if a sex tape with Lil Wayne does exist, he was not aware that it was being filmed.
