Turns out Kanye West is in full dad mode nowadays. Last week Lil Uzi Vert posted a wildly wholesome photo of himself shopping with a (rare smiling) Kanye on his Instagram, and before the Grammys on Sunday (Jan. 28), the rapper revealed what it’s like to shop with one of music’s biggest fashion legends.

“He’s never thinking about himself,” Uzi told MTV on the Grammys red carpet. “He was grabbing everything for his family … He said, ‘I don’t even get dressed no more, I swag out my family.’”
Uzi, who has become a little bit of a fashion icon himself this year, showed up to the carpet in full mall goth attire, including cargo pants, chains, and a black hoodie. The North Philly rapper was a nominee for best artist of the year, the award that Alessia Cara took home in a somewhat shocking turn of events.
