Right before Lil Pump closes out his 2017, the South Florida rapper has unleashed his new Zaytoven-produced record “Designer.”
Initially, Pump teased “Designer” last October, tantalizing listeners with the trap-laden track before unearthing in its entirety on Monday (Dec. 25). The swaggering song finds Pump taunting his haters, while basking in his new-found success.
“I got fast cars, bad bitches and designer clothes/ A couple thousand on my wrist and my neck is on froze/ Spanish bitches butt naked and they twerkin’ on the stove/ Too much racks in my pocket that my wallet can’t fold,” he chants on the hook. Then, Pump’s defiance grows louder, as he raps about his disdain for “the ops.” “Couple hoes up on a yacht, I can not fuck with the ops/ Bitch, I made it to the top, go to class, I’m on the drop,” he raps.
2017 has proven to be a banner year for Pump, as he scored a top 5 single on the Billboard Hot 100 with “Gucci Gang.”
