Lil Pump took to social media Friday night (Jan. 26) to reveal that he has a new project on the way. Harvard Dropout is still without a release date, but the South Florida rapper says the mixtape is “coming soon.” The 17-year-old is looking for a successful follow-up to his self-titled project, which he released back in October.
After having his contract with Warner Bros. Records voided, the “Gucci Gang” artist is looking for new label representation. Pump revealed to TMZ that he would only take a meeting with certain guidelines set first, “If you ain’t got 15 [million] don’t talk to me, bitch, at all. I don’t want no meeting unless you talking 15 and up. I don’t want to talk to nobody. Esketit!”
Hip-hop moguls Gucci Mane and DJ Khaled have both expressed interest in signing the “I SHYNE” rapper, but nothing has materialized just yet. Khaled posted a photo of Pump and himself together after a meeting with his We The Best record label last week (Jan. 25). “MOGUL TALK!! STILL IN THE MEETING,” captioned the Miami native. “I TOLD MY LAWYER THIS IS URGENT !! Let’s get this deal done! LET THE LAWYERS WORK !!! Great meeting with [Lil Pump] and his team.”
