On the heels of teaming with Young Thug for the poppy “Proud of Me,” Lil Keed follows with another potential banger on Wednesday (May 29), connecting with Lil Uzi Vert and the incarcerated YNW Melly for “Pull Up.” The ATL rapper is leading into his anticipated Long Live Mexico album, which releases via Young Stoner Life Records and 300 Entertainment on June 14.

Uzi tags in after Keed’s slimy chorus over the thumping 808 tied together by a more polite flute sound. “I’m with Lil Keed, that’s my other bro/ Only three of us, got seven hoes/ And the three of us got seven flows,” the Philly native toasts to his hip-hop compatriots joining him on the Producer 20 and Jetsonmade-produced record.
Melly’s rare guest appearance marks one of the few verses we’ve heard from the Florida rapper since he was locked up on double murder charges back in February. Keed’s most likely kept Mel’s assist in the stash for some time now. The “Mixed Personalities” rapper will remain behind bars without bail in Broward County jail until his trial.
