Kylie Jenner was attacked by a fan as she was leaving Chris Brown’s concert at the Honda Center in Anaheim, Calif., on Friday, Sept. 18.

As seen in the video below (via TMZ), the model/reality star was walking out of the show when a fan pulled her hair from behind, causing her head to snap back. Luckily, Jenner’s security stepped in before the incident escalated any further.
