Just a few hours before dropping his sophomore album, Free Spirit, Khalid brought his cool vibes to Thursday night’s (April 4) Tonight Show for a performance of his latest single “Talk.”
Wearing an all-black ensemble and an orange print jacket for a pop of color, a smiling Khalid swayed along the intimate stage to the mid-tempo R&B track. He sang the catchy lyrics while interchanging knowing glances with the camera and audience members — who woo’d and clapped throughout his chilled-out performance.
Khalid’s Free Spirit is out today (April 5). The 21-year-old will then kick off his first headlining North American tour on June 20.
