Kanye West performed a surprise show last night (Sept. 24) at the launch of Verizon’s Go90 app.
According to The Wrap, the rapper was in a “good mood” as he ran through 10 of his biggest hits, regaling a celebrity-dotted crowd that included Zoe Saldana, Chrissy Teigen, Adrien Grenier and Nina Dobrev.
The performance included renditions of “Touch the Sky,” “All of the Lights,” “Good Life,” “Gold Digger,” “Heartless,” “Can’t Tell Me Nothing,” “Power,” “N****s in Paris” and “Runaway.” The set followed a live episode of Zach Galifianakis interviewing Ted Danson and Bryan Cranston on stage.
West is currently at work on his upcoming album Swish, which he recently told Vanity Fair is a work in progress. “I’m not worried about the years,” he said when asked about a release date. “I’m worried about the life and the body of work that I can put out while I’m breathing.”
