A long time ago in a galaxy not so far away far far away — or at least it feels like it anyway — Kanye West and Kim Kardashian collaborated on a weird little Star Wars parody.

It was just 2008, truly, but still four years before Kimye was even starting to be a thing and West was filming a pilot for a hip-hop puppet show to be called Alligator Boots. Kanye recruited Kardashian to be the Princess Leah to his Stormtrooper (which we know isn’t a real relationship in Star Wars) and they set about filming a silly sketch that concludes with Kardashian leaving with a puppet named Beary White.

The show was canceled by Comedy Central before its first first episode, so we never got to see the final version. And, at this point, seeing such a goofy version of Kanye West feels like a distant parallel universe. Watch a behind-the-scenes video below.
Kardashian remembered it online Friday (Dec. 18), marking the release of Star Wars: The Force Awakens.
