Kanye West has documented his ongoing dialogue with fellow artists pretty extensively recently, tweeting screenshots of his iMessages with John Legend, Charlamagne Tha God and more.
Now, Yeezy has published a screenshot showing an in-progress, four-minutes-and-change call with J. Cole accompanied by the caption “we got love.”

While the nature of the call is unknown, this is far from the first connection between the two artists. Cole sampled “The New Workout Plan” for his own song “Work Out” and the two have appeared side-by-side on tracks like Beyoncé’s “Party.”
And whether or not this portends a J. Cole cameo on Kanye’s upcoming album, which seems to be called Love Everyone at press time, the two clearly have a dialogue going.
