
Juice WRLD made his late night television debut on Jimmy Kimmel Live! Tuesday (Aug. 7), where he delievered a stellar “Lucid Dreams” performance.
The “Wasted” artist hit the astral set backed by a live band made up of Nick Mira, the Internet Money co-leader who produced “Lucid Dreams,” along with two others on the keys and guitar. The performance kicked off with two of Juice’s friends playing a special edition of Guitar Hero, as the pair jammed with the crew to the Goodbye & Good Riddance standout cut’s agonizing instrumental.
Prior to making his Kimmel debut, Juice WRLD posted a heartfelt message to Instagram featuring a handful of friends who made the trip to enjoy the victorious moment beside him, including fellow Chicago-bred rapper and mentor G Herbo and Los Angeles Lakers forward Brandon Ingram.
The 19-year-old has enjoyed a meteoric rise throughout the first half of 2018. The Chicago native scored himself a lucrative deal with Interscope Records back in March and currently has three records calling the Billboard Hot 100 home.
