Jay Z is on a shining streak. After becoming the first rapper to be inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame, bailing out incarcerated fathers for Father’s Day and reportedly having his twins with Beyonce this weekend, the rap mogul (born Shawn Carter) released the trailer for his upcoming album, 4:44.
After mysterious “4:44” ads popped up across the country and Internet, the trailer, which debuted on Tidal late Sunday night (June 18), featured a black-and-white clip of actor Mahershala Ali as a boxer and Donald Glover. The album is slated to be available on Tidal and Sprint exclusively on June 30. The partnership will also support the 1Million Project, an initiative that will help provide Internet low-income U.S. high school students who don’t have access at home.
