Monáe and her team of enviably fit dancers definitely get their chakras aligned over the course of the song, taking their all-girl dance party from the bedroom to the (yoga) studio to the diner. In keeping with the overall emphasis on girl power, there’s even a #FreeTheNipple moment with the line “Get off my areola.” Watch the video below, and maybe go do some Monáe-style sun salutations.
“Yoga” (which also features newcomer Jidenna) is a part of Eephus, a compilation from Monáe’s Wondaland label, due out May 6.
