After T.I. opened up about his Grand Hustle artist Iggy Azalea during an interview with Hot 97’s Ebro in the Morning on Wednesday, Azalea took to Twitter to respond and react.
T.I. on Iggy Azalea’s Career: ‘It’s Her Decision If She Allows It to Be Damaged’
In the interview, T.I. talked about some of the ways Iggy has damaged her career, including her response to Q-Tip after the Tribe Called Quest rapper gave Azalea an unsolicited “hip-hop history lesson” late last year. T.I. tried to defuse the situation, only to have Azalea keep responding. “After it was cool, everything was cool, and then they [Team Iggy] kind of came back and undid what I had just done,” he said. “I’ma be all the way real: I’m a loyal partner. If I rock with you, I’m gonna rock with you. I’m gonna block the bullets. But when I say go, go.”
For her Twitter response, Azalea began by saying she’s still signed to T.I.’s Grand Hustle label and then questioned his decision to talk about their relationship on the radio.
Heres the deal, I am still signed to @tip and do business with him.
