Gucci Mane was recently sentenced to three years and three months in prison after pleading guilty to possession of a firearm. This hasn’t prevented the rapper from releasing music: He dropped a mixtape with Young Thug and several solo albums — most recently, Trap God 3 — this year.

Behind bars, Gucci Mane has been envisioning positive steps to take in the future. “I can see myself now at the top of my game,” he writes. “I know that by me stayin’ sober, praying and fasting and stepping up to the plate to be the Father and man I am destined to be I will impact my family and the entire universe for the better.”
